The Very Revd Jeremy Greaves

We, at Christ Church Cathedral, are a diverse group of people. What we have in common is that we choose to go to church in the centre of the City of Darwin in a beautiful building, and to experience Anglican worship in the context of this diversity.

We work hard to think outside the box, and to explore innovative liturgy, progressive ideas and topical issues. We work hard to engage with the community in which we are located, at the heart of Darwin’s Civic Precinct.

Above all else, we are an inclusive church. This means that all are welcome to attend, and that all are welcome to receive communion no matter what church or faith (if any) they are from. Different opinions and varying faith journeys are one of the strengths of the Cathedral community.

Some choose to come regularly to the Cathedral. Others come occasionally, and still others who don’t attend see themselves as friends of the Cathedral. However you choose to participate in our life, you are very welcome. I hope you will find Christ Church Cathedral to be a place where you will get a taste of the abundant life our faith offers.

If there is any way in which I can be of assistance, please contact me through the Cathedral office or though our contact page.

Go gently.
