On Monday December 1^st, a Quiet Morning at the Cathedral united Anglicans from across the Diocese as people from different parishes came together to reflect in prayer. It was an opportunity to take time out from busy lives, to create a sacred space, and invite God in.

Stopping to take time to look at the pattern of our life, and to think and pray about it, opens us up to the possibility of discovering more about ourselves.

The quiet morning concluded with participants sharing and celebrating a service of Holy Communion.
